Welcome to the homepage of the California International Relations Foundation (CIRF), which was incorporated in February of 1991 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. CIRF has the official function of organizing programs to facilitate exchanges between the California Senate and foreign governments in order to strengthen our state's economic and cultural relations throughout the world. Additionally, the Foundation raises funds to support these productive exchanges. Since its inception, more than 6,000 visitors from over 100 countries have visited California's political and business leaders.
